This is a 2-day hands-on training designed for *Local Board members* (Presidents, VPs, Secretaries, Treasurers and Board Members in charge of membership, projects & team management).
During the Academy, participants will:
• Explore the JCI Global Plan of Action
• Strengthen their leadership skills
• Join a practical SWOT workshop
• Gain concrete tools on retention, project management & team management
